Office strip-outs for landlords and renovation contractors
TrueNorth assesses office partitions, ceilings, floor finishes and attached fit-out for removal in Richmond Hill and across the GTA. An office strip-out can clear selected rooms or a wider tenancy. The written scope should describe the workplace being handed over, including the rooms and building elements that stay.

Choose the package you actually need
| Your project | Removal to discuss | Keep separate |
|---|---|---|
| Change a suite for the same occupier | Named partitions, reception fittings and affected finishes | Furniture moves and IT changes |
| Prepare for an incoming tenant | Fit-out that conflicts with the agreed new layout | New partitions, services and decoration |
| Return a tenancy to its landlord | Items identified in the authorised handback instructions | Interpretation of lease obligations |
A request for a bare shell still needs a keep list. Washrooms, common corridors, structure and shared services do not become disposable because the tenant is leaving. If you are still comparing layouts, our office-refit guide helps turn those alternatives into separate options.
Show the meeting rooms that remain
Retained rooms affect the floor and ceiling boundaries around them. A partition may meet a ceiling system serving several rooms; a reception counter may conceal a different floor finish. Identify those junctions for assessment instead of assuming every removal ends neatly at a door.
The incoming contractor should describe the surface it needs to inspect after removal. Repairs, levelling and new installation are separate items unless explicitly included in an agreed contract. For a floor-only package, use commercial flooring removal.
Coordinate people, contents and connections
The tenant arranges the disposition of records, furniture and computers. Building management and the appropriate trades resolve access and affected systems. Tell us whether any rooms are intended to remain occupied; neither a closed door nor an after-hours request establishes that continued use is workable.
At assessment, compare the latest layout with the actual office, confirm the removal boundaries and identify unresolved conditions. Availability and sequence follow that review, rather than an assumed move-out date.
Ask for an office-specific assessment
Request an estimate with the address, suite or floors involved, your role in the project and the intended handover. Mention retained meeting rooms, landlord instructions and the fit-out contractor. A short description is enough to begin; the form does not accept attachments.
Explain your project your way
Use the short enquiry or the optional three-step planner. You can review the summary and leave uncertain details for assessment. Neither form accepts attachments.
