What if I change the removal plan before booking?
Send one clear revised description instead of adding a series of contradictory messages. A changed plan may alter access, protection or disposal even when fewer items are coming out. Keep the earlier scope identifiable so it is not mistaken for the current instruction.

Separate the decisions
A request to keep a fence, for example, may remove the proposed machine route. Keeping a countertop may change how nearby cabinets can be assessed. These are practical dependencies, not simply items to subtract from a list.
What to explain next
State the date of the revision, what changed and what remains unchanged. Ask for confirmation that the revised plan can be assessed and reflected in the written scope. The planner lets you edit your summary before sending; it does not amend an already agreed contract automatically.
Explore deck, fence and outdoor structure removal or ask about your own project.

Put the uncertainty into words
“Revision: the side fence now stays. The shed still comes out, but the access route needs another look. Please disregard the earlier plan to open that fence.”
- What changed since the previous description?
- Does the change affect access or protection?
- Has the revised written scope been acknowledged?
Choose your next step
Use the short enquiry, or organise what you know in the optional three-step planner. You can leave uncertain details for assessment. The form does not accept attachments.
