Is an urgent demolition request the same as an emergency?
A deadline does not establish that a structure is safe to enter or remove. TrueNorth answers calls 24/7, but that is not a promise of emergency stabilisation or immediate demolition. Explain whether your urgency concerns a booking deadline or an active danger.

Separate the decisions
If there is immediate danger, keep people away and contact the appropriate emergency service or utility first. Do not use an online enquiry as an emergency reporting channel. A sale date, delivery booking or contractor opening can be discussed as a scheduling constraint after the site conditions are understood.
What to explain next
For a non-emergency request, say what date matters and why, and which permissions or assessments are still outstanding. A contractor should confirm whether the proposed scope and timing are workable rather than treating an urgent message as permission to bypass preparation.
Explore residential demolition or ask about your own project.
An example, not a completed job
Put the uncertainty into words
“Our cabinet delivery date is approaching. This is a scheduling request, not a damaged-building emergency, and we still need the removal scope assessed.”
- Is anyone in immediate danger?
- Is the deadline fixed or a preference?
- What assessment or approval is still outstanding?
Choose your next step
Use the short enquiry, or organise what you know in the optional three-step planner. You can leave uncertain details for assessment. The form does not accept attachments.
